Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within:

Our printing company is 100% carbon neutral, and all our packaging is environment friendly.  Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used.  

All sales are final. Your artwork will be sustainably packaged and well protected, I the rare event that the work is damaged please contact me at info@jfgagnonart.com and I will then contact the printing company.  

The original damaged order will need to be returned as proof in order to print and ship a new one.
